Meet Grace Efeti Njoh
A young Cameroonian educator and digital innovator passionate about transforming education in Africa and beyond.
A graduate of the University of Buea, Grace has traveled across South America promoting bilingualism and participating in international educational projects. Over the years, she has worked in more than 15 public and private institutions, including universities, helping learners and professionals develop English language, communication, and digital skills.
With more than nine years of international teaching experience, Grace has taught English as a second and foreign language to learners of all levels while supporting universities and institutions in promoting bilingualism across different subjects and professional fields.
She has collaborated with international organizations such as Aiesec and has completed dozens of professional courses focused on Artificial Intelligence in education, technology integration, and digital learning methodologies. She was also trained by Oxford educational programs on effective methods for teaching foreign languages.
Coming from a family of teachers, Grace was inspired by her mother, an educator who served the pedagogical community for more than 30 years.
Driven by her passion for education and technology, Grace founded EduTech Mega an initiative dedicated to bridging the gap between traditional and digital education. Through workshops, mentorship programs, webinars, and free training sessions, she empowers teachers and students with the digital skills needed for today’s global world.
Through more than 15 workshops across Cameroon, Grace has impacted over 1,000 lives by promoting digital education, mentoring teachers, and connecting educators to international opportunities.
Grace believes that digital education should not be a luxury, but a right accessible to all. Her mission is to create opportunities for underserved communities, empower African educators, and help children and teachers thrive in a rapidly changing technological world.
